Not Recommending WiFi was horrible to say the least. The shower head did not deliver enough water to rinse a bald person. AC was intermittent, worked one minute then not. Refrigerator in the room was second hand, refurbished (there was still tape over the labels on the door). Work area was too small. There is no Business Center with printers. No wake up call service. The only reason I stayed here was price alone. Never again!

No lo recomiendo No nos parecio el hotel porque de entrada el sanitario estaba en mal estado, no habian jabones de baño ni suficiente papel sanitario. El desayuno apenas era cafe, no habia nada para niños.

i was booked at another property and then moved to this one. on the loop and very noisy. very plain. AND they tried to charge me extra for new hotel even though they were ones who moved me. front desk clerk was very graciously and helpful in getting it straightened out but still shouldn't have happened. breakfast is junk

Close to where I needed to be but... The focus was on convenience but the look and feel was tired and depressing. The fridge was noisy. There was no warm water for my early checkout. It served its purpose but really it was very ordinary. And the tissues were like sandpaper.

Somebody, please, read and make improvements! I know I can't expect much from a 2.5 hotel, but I cannot believe all the reviews in this page are useless to this hotel's management. Before staying at the hotel, I'd read about the bad smell in the rooms; it's still there. I had to take my key to the front desk every day because it didn't work. Breakfast? smashed cupcakes, old cereal bars and the worst coffee ever! The elevator doesn't have any warning on what to do or who to call if it gets stuck or something happens. Disappointed ... The staff was not too friendly. There was no hairdryer in the room. The "free breakfast" is a joke. All they had was coffee, muffins and peanut butter bars.

Great location but that's it.... Extended Stay Hotel with kitchen and my stay was for 3 days. Upon check-in you have to go to the front desk advises of an extra $10 fee per day f you want fresh towels, etc. and your room cleaned per day. Okay that was not on the website. How awkward to take dirty towels to the front desk in order to gather new ones. Also at the front desk is the list of kitchen items you can choose to take to your room, including a coffee maker.
