The hotel was ok, my room was clean and organized when I first walked in. The only down side is the first floor I not quiet enough we can hear people talking outside on the parking lot lots of movement, also there was a dog barking several times next to our room.

El personal de recepción amable y cordial, los desayunos escaso y nada variado, el cuarto limpio, hace falta pintura en el techo de la regadera. Excelente ubicación, relación precio calidad muy recomendable 👍
The staff, especially the two women I encountered at the front desk, Mirabell, and Leslie, were both incredible. Very friendly, and extremely helpful. This hotel is lucky to have two such employees.

The surfs abode Convenient location with helpful staff that must try very hard to keep things clean but it could stand some renovation. The bed was great. For the price and if you are a Queen it is fine. It is not noisy.

The hotel has a great location near the Galleria, Museums and restaurants. However the facilities are not the best. If you are planning just to stay the night is good. The rooms are clean but the hallways have some smell.

I notified the hotel and Expedia I was checking out early on Sunday Sept 26. I was still charged for the extra4 nights. Please refund this over charge.
