Amazing staff. The staff at the extended stay galleria are always polite,helpful and very courteous Joshua ,Denise, kiendra and the whole staff. I go there on business and always choose to stay there. Because of the staff.

Had a problem with extended stay at 7979 Fannin street Houston . Inspire of booking thru Expedia they said they are booked. Expedia is only third party guys!! You will end up in road if book thru Expedia. I wrote a previous review. Since it was a bad review they dint post it and asked me to revise the review. Do not trust Expedia reviews
