Dirty, also the passenger door was hit and not reported. Would not recommend or stay here again.

It needs some updates to it and they need to clean them room better cause I had a child and I was surprised about the floor.

Poor hotel TV didn't work in our first room. Then moved to another room. Was told I would get a 30% discount in the morning when the manager came in. Well that wasn't true. Only got 10%. Water pressure in shower was very low. Towels were very old, hard, and rough I couldn't dry off when them on my skin. Front desk weekend staff was great. She was very personable and informative. No issues with her AT ALL. No pool. Workout room only had 2 equipments. They rush you to check out, by 11am. Otherwise they charge you. Good locatio... read more

Sheets not cleaned and hair on sheets it’s have some blood the restroom not clean .

Bed bug bites all over my back. Staff refused to admit it. Even pharmacist confirmed I got bed bug bites. Finally changed my room after my repeated complaints. New room had hair all over the bed. Disgusting !!
Mi reservación la realicé en expedía y nunca me hicieron limpieza en el cuarto , no hicieron las camas y venía con desayuno incluido pero no había nada de comida decían que ya no había aunque fuera en horario de las 8 am . Me sentí engañado y desepcionado . Llevo 45 años viajando u nunca me habían tratado de esta manera
