You overbooked my stay with a non refundable room. Since they had none available, I had to make a drive over three hours home past midnight. The desk agent wasn’t empathetic at all. Just told to call hotels.com. I told one agent what was going on, requested a refund and she put me on hold for 20 minutes. She didn’t even attempt a call bqck. I called back in and held over 15 mins, just to get hung up on by the next agent who said noting, just dead air and click. I was never rude or unprofessional. No regresar Horrible ..., la habitación estaba como un basurero No movieron a otra y estaba ocupada Finalmente no pusieron en una habitación que no coincidía con lo contratado

The carpet is very dirty, there is no cleaning service in the room and the light of my bathroom had a short circuit and everytime we turned on the light it did like mini explosions, a lot oh weird scary noises ands it threw burned pieces of plastic.

Our floor was smelling all along on weed, staff didnt do anything.

The women behind the desk were super friendly and courteous however the conditions of the facilities were undesirable. The house maid during my 4 day stay never came to clean room or provide additional towels. The bathroom floor had tile peeling near the bathtub. There were no utensils in the room in kitchen area . The aura of the hotel was dull and gloomy.

No lo recomiendo para nada No lo recomiendo, hay gente que vive ahi, cocinan todos los dias todos los cuartos y el olor se siente en todo el hotel. No limpiaban los cuartos, solo 1 jabon sin champoo ni nada.
