After a ten hour drive we arrived at this hotel to find the lady at the front desk to be rude and not very accommodating, she simply did not want to be there!! The family was split over two floors and she told us that nothing could be done? The common areas - the lobby, the elevators, and hallways/corridors - were filthy and covered in stains and spillages. Would never recommend A group of us stayed in the room for a tournament and took forever to get checked in maybe about 45 minutes due to someone not being at the counter and to think of it I didn’t see anyone at the front desk the entire weekend. There were 4 of us in a room and 2 bath towels given. When I asked for 2 more they had told me I need to bring down 2 in order to get 2 more. Also the hallways smelt bad of drugs. Don't stay here. We paid extra for a king bed, but they only had queen when we arrived. No effort to accommodate. The room was in sad condition. The refrigerator sounded like it might explode at any time. It awakened me several times during the night. Found cigerte butts in and at the elevators.

Worst hotel ever!!’ Our stay was terrible. First we stood in line forever trying to check in and they were telling every customer they didn’t have their rooms they had booked. Then we got up to the room. The lights didn’t work, the phone didn’t work, the tv didn’t work. There were bugs crawling everywhere and ants. The room has roaches no blankets on bed the window in the room was open and it was raining inside, very noisy , a guest at the hotel was screaming at the cleaning people about going in their room and touching everything . There was no air conditioning in the hall and it smelled like someone was smoking. Didn’t feel secure there.😲

The hotel charged my card for the stay even though the reservation was booked through Expedia and Expedia already charged me. The check in process took about 30 minutes and the service was crap.
