Wasnt happy about my stay here at all and was completely unsatified with the hotel as well as the staff!

Well I booked king size room. But they gave me queen size since all king size rooms were occupied.

Outdated in every aspect! No coffee packets, no glass/cup, no shampoo/conditioner, OLD everything in the room (tv was fine). Uncomfortable bedding. And I’m not someone who’s high maintenance but this was just unacceptable! Should be one star! I’ve stayed at other extended stay america’s and had a higher expectation. 2 large thermos of coffee, granola bars, and oatmeal packets were presented in the name of “breakfast included”. DISGUSTING We checked in our first night and got to our room that smelled like weed, it was late and we needed to eat so we left it and said something the next day. Well they apparently didn’t have any open rooms so we had to wait till the next day. The room was nasty and didn’t look like it was ever cleaned well.

The toilet overflowed one morning- it was NOT stuffed with paper or anything else. I used the available towels to clean it up. It was repaired and housekeeping did clean the floor as requested but did not leave replacement towels, which I had to go down to the front desk after I returned for the night to get. Also, and this is not necessarily just the hotel's issue, but it rained and made it impossible to leave the hotel on foot due to high water or mud. A unica coisa positiva foi a localizacao, o atendimento deixou a desejar, pedi um travesseiro a mais, simplesmente falaram que nao tinha. Eu nao voltaria.

OK for the money, but pretty dumpy. The “breakfast” was a joke and internet didn’t work. Also, they refused the allow me to check in prior to the 3pm Check in (I arrived at 2pm). I left my bags at the front desk while I went to a meeting. When I returned there were articles missing from my bag. Of course no one knew anything about it.

Dirty and old I checked in so the room amen checked out. It was dirty and old. I’m surprised actually you ha e this on your list. As I have always trusted you guys but this was bad.
