False Advertising Hotels.com should block this hotel from their site. Internet was advertised as included, this is not true, they charge. Shame on me for not reading the reviews before booking this hotel. I hope you don't have the same problem. Stay somewhere else! Our non-smoking room was clearly a smoking room. The stench of smoke in the hallway was very strong. It was less strong in our room, but still significant. It was strong enough to give me a headache. good for a short stay it was good enough for one night. There were some stains on the carpet that I covered with pieces of paper so I wouldn't step on them. Doesn't have a blow dryer so I was happy I took mine. Other than that, it was ok. The thing I didn't like is that you have to pay for internet.

Worst Hotel Ever This hotel is BAD,it was dirty, stinky, toilet didn't work, tv didn't work and sleeping on that bed gave me a rash. I highly recommend for you to STAY AWAY from this dog house. I rather sleep in my truck than spending the night in this hotel EVER AGAIN!!!!

Worse place ever Stayed at the one in Houston and Lafayette and they were both a mess. Dirty, smelly. Booked 2 rooms in Lafayette and had to be given 3 instead and with 4 kids, not really an option. Animals keeping us awake all night. Cleaned, booked room in Houston was not done and had to be given one down the hall from kids. Stove did not work. Lightbulbs burnt out. Clock not working. Last time will ever stay at an Extended Stay.

Please dont! we cheked in at 4:30 our two rooms very still dirty, they asked us to go eat and comeback in two hours, we didnt not, we called web, they imediately confimred our distisfacion with the hotel manager, and refunded our money via credit card. The hotel is extremely dirty, they dont have houskeeping service, unless you stay more than 7 days. manager did everything possible to get our money refunded, so it was not her fault. never,, never, never again.

places first and last box spring had blood on it. floor was stained and dirty. rack to hang clothes broken. bed was horrible to sleep on. bad picture on tv and not enough channels. outside had trash cans full and still full when left. no wifi.

The worst hotel I been in. not as advertised. I asked for non smoking room, I got smoking room. I have ask for change and they refused. Talking abount unprofessional staff, it's very bad experience. I will never stay at ESA. they did not even clean my room.
