Stinks This place stunk. Literally. I couldn't get over the smell everytime i walled into the room. I slept in my clothes every night because the place just didn't feel clean. I wish I had paid a few more dollars and stayed someplace nicer.
DISAPPOINTED The location of the hotel was great. Unfortunately, it was too late in the night to leave the hotel (with my kids), so I had to switched rooms. The sheets had crumbs and hair on the sheets, TOTALLY UNEXCEPTABLE.
Management uresponsive to noise I checked out two days early due to noise from an adjacent room early Sunday morning. There was no manager on site to address the problem.
Worst. Stay. Ever. This was my second stay at this hotel. The first stay was unremarkable -- about average for an inexpensive place to stay. This time around, the experience was dreadful, both in terms of hotel upkeep and staff response. For starters, the elevator was not functioning. smelly rooms hallway carpet smelled of urine, the room was musty and smelled of bad body odor. "continental breakfast" was make your own waffles, recieved no towel service, only had 2 very flat pillows. every day of our stay we had to get the room keys reprogrammed so we could enter the building
Dirty room Friendly and nice staff. No extras. First room was ready but not cleaned. Very dirty. Things and dirty left in sink and on fridge. I called down and was moved to another room. It was clean but bed were hard like motel 6 would have. Nice staff butt I wouldn't stay again.
No water and dirty carpet When the front desk told me they were working on the plumbing, she failed to mention the entire hotel was currently without water. I could not even take a shower the next morning. The carpet was disgustingly dirty. The bed was so uncomfortable I would not be surprised to learn the mattress was twenty years old. I complained about all of these things but was given a "we're sorry" without her even looking up from the newspaper. It must have been an interesting article.
Extended Stay - Katy Frwy/ Beltway 8 I will never stay at this hotel again. The room was filthy. The microwave shelf was dusty and the silverware still had food stuck on it. The room reeked of over-powering carpet deodorizer; it was also sticky. I wore my flops the entire time! The tub faucet leaked constantly - I even wrapped a towel around it to soak up the drip - the towel didn't last very long.
