Clean it was not. The room was very dirty. I ended up using a washrag to clean the place. The condition of the room was poor, as well. I've stayed at dozens of different Extended Stays across the Country and this one is by far the worst. Very dusty and all the plates and silverware hadn't seen a dishwasher in a while.

Room was not the cleanest, elevator takes long time to move, cups were dirty and no disposable cups, coffee pot was dirty as was the sink. Overall I give it a 1

Average hotel with decent facilities I arrived after midnight, found no one at the desk (which closes at 11 PM). I called the phone outside the hotel entrance and finally was told "they had no room" - after I had a confirmed reservation from Expedia. It took a lot of protests to finally find me a room. In addition, the room was never serviced the next day.

Needs investment Staff tried best, but rooms are tired and run down.
The staff and the hotel was a mess I arrived at the hotel at 9:00 pm. There was not room available on a prepaid reservation. The person at the front desk was frazzled and had no idea what to do with me. I had to wait around for the manager to drive over the the hotel. While I was there a girl got a room that the door lock did not work. A second lady approached the desk and said her room was a mess and asked from cleaning supplies so she could clean it. Smelly and noisy Smelly room with a bathroom fan that was so noisy that you couldn't have the bathroom light on.
Extended Stay on Katy Freeway Service was terrible, hotel staff did not appear dedicated to truly serving their guests. I checked in very late, and the two desk clerks simply dawdled around for 10+ minutes figuring out my room number, etc. They kept bantering back and forth, as if I had all the time in the world to wait while they chatted.
