The best thing about the stay was the bed honestly. The room looked pretty clean until i started seeing roaches mainly in the bathroom, it wasn’t like a infestation just one or two but who wants to see nasty roaches in their hotel room. Also another problem we had was at check in. I booked an king size room & upon arriving to check in we were told there were no more king size beds which is very inconvenient & disappointing and not being offered a discount on having to have a regular queen size room which was also disappointi... read more

No Telephone Service I don’t remember who checked me in, but she overcharged my debit card, so I had to wait on a refund to go back on my card. When I called the hotel to get it straightened out, I spoke with Chloe, who was extremely rude to me. And what amazed me most was the fact that I was unable to even make outgoing calls from my room.
