No Telephone Service I don’t remember who checked me in, but she overcharged my debit card, so I had to wait on a refund to go back on my card. When I called the hotel to get it straightened out, I spoke with Chloe, who was extremely rude to me. And what amazed me most was the fact that I was unable to even make outgoing calls from my room. And for someone to call me in my room, they could not even call me directly. The best thing about the stay was the bed honestly. The room looked pretty clean until i started seeing roaches mainly in the bathroom, it wasn’t like a infestation just one or two but who wants to see nasty roaches in their hotel room. Also another problem we had was at check in.
