Service here is on point, staff went far and beyond at every inquiry. Only problem I had was remembering not to put key card next to my cellphone.

Hotel is close to the airport with easy access to freeway. Check in experience was mediocre due to front office staff lack of professionalism. Requested a room located on upper floor but was denied despite availability. Front office staff was focused on up selling for additional charge rather than meeting the needs of guests. First time ever that I heard that staff will be checking the room before I can check out. Is this standard policy for Extended Stay properties? Property does not offer complimentary breakfast.
