It was ok Good staff clean rooms flooded Hey went next door again check all their electronics and everything works except for a cable box that got wet and a Xbox remote that got wet ..... all house needs new carpets .... no roof leaks no other damage

What a Scary Place I was doing laundry and saw two Mexican gang members in the Laundry room. How I know, their faces were covered with tattoos. Plus some other sketchy people hanging with some "ho's." I felt unsafe and left early the next morning. My room was okay. Slept well. The cheap vinyl chair looked like a cat used it as a scratch pad for many years.

Simply trash This hotel was just not clean enough we were told that it was an extended stay hotel however we did not know that they only change the sheets every seven days which is ridiculous they did not come to empty the trash for coffee you had to go downstairs to retrieve coffee using your door key which was inconvenient because if they were cleaning they would have put coffee in your room I had to empty the trash myself and I will not ever stay there again did not like that did not like the fact that they or change the ... read more

룸 청소 불량 청결 상태 불량, 바퀴벌레와 다른 벌레가 바닥, 화장실에서 나왔고, 샴푸도 한번 사용했던걸 그대로 방치... 다시는 안 가야할곳...

Low Quality Motel Cost not reflective of hotel you would expect! Neighborhood not safe, high fence with bobbed wire at top gives prison feel, room not reflective of one purchased it was small and cheap looking. Afraid to leave anything in car, sleeping under the covers was not even a consideration as health issues were a major concern. Hole in wall with picture frame barely covered the hole. Poor value for money, subpar service I am not the pickiest hotel guest. All I generally ask is that a room be clean and as advertised, the facilities work, hotel staff at least appear interested in doing their jobs, and that the wifi works (even if it's slow.) First, I booked a queen bed suite, which said it came with a sleeper sofa. It comes with a recliner. Second, the room was small, and not a "suite." It's a studio with a kitchenette. Barely a 2 Nice girl upfront, Mariah was her name. Very helpful but room walls were dirty. Bed was very hard. Guy or woman at the end of hall had 3 dogs that we heard non-stop.Couldn't get in through the side entrance it was broke. Was locked out. Billed my credit card 2 different additional times. One for $141 and another for $116.00 above the $25.00 incidentals it was suppose to be billed for. All billed though the hotel even though I booked and paid through this sight. All and all except for Mariah not good!

expected better service It was okay, comfortable but the service was horrible. Wish I could get a refund or something. The staff were not helpfull and they even charged my bank account twice by mistake.
