I HAD BED BUGS!!!!! I stayed from Thursday to Sunday and I discovered them Saturday night so I was sleeping with them for 2 nights!!! They moved me to another room, staff was VERY apologetic but due to me booking it on Expedia they can give me only 5000 points which means nothing .

I paid for a king bed but got a queen beds for 3 nights,I went on Expedia's page and made the necessary corrections but to no avail and I even purchased the travel insurance,what a waste of money,so I am and was very disappointed in the service I got from Expedia!!

Quick check in, clean room. The only sort of complaint is the front door location is confusing. Other than that everything was great.

Overnight stay It was a nice hotel but they don’t clean the room every day. After booking didn’t realize it is extended stay hotel. Caution if expect the room to be cleaned daily.

When I arrived at hotel they had no rooms left, even though I had a reservation and confirmation number.

Not what we Paid for We booked room through Expedia where they listed each room type individually. We chose the room we wanted specifically because of what they offered. When we arrived the room we chose and paid for in advance was not available. The staff was not helpful and we did not enjoy our stay. Will never book through expedia again. This is the second time this has happened to us in a two week period. Expedia does not deliver!!!!

Did not honor my reservation Candlewood Suites did not honor my Hotels.com reservation. I arrived at 1:30 in the morning after many delayed flights into Houston. They told me that they had my confirmation number on file, but had chosen not to give me a room anyway. I was left driving around Houston in the middle of the night trying to find a hotel.
