Filthy conditions and broken equipment One elevator totally out of service, second one OOS sporadically. Stairwell used as backup to room smelled of urine. only 1 of 3 washers worked until they were replaced with 3 coin operated ones. Hotel occupied by prostitutes, pimps, and others. main entryway was secured during the work day and had to be accessed using key card. hallway smelled of chain smoking.
It’s nice if you wanna live with drug dealers lol This hotel stinks literally! We were put on the 3rd floor which is with all the smokers and drug dealers. The light in the bathroom was broke and the floor was not swept by the refrigerator. The room service was horrible. They only come once a week if you stay long. The smoke detectors went off at 1:30am and scared the crap out of me and my bf and my dog! Told them about it and they did nothing. i wanted to like it. ok from the out side. first the hallways were unusually hot im on the top floor farthest room. no ice machines no soda or snack machines smelled like a city bus in the hall. room had ice machine in frige no water to it. there was no tv remote no pillows or towels had to go to the desk and get them. 1st remote not working back to desk to get another . but i did have a nice view of a scarp card
The cleanliness was terrible. There there string of hair everywhere on the bed and in the bathroon. Very unprofessional. People put their trash in the hallway and it take hours to be pick. Room service is only once a week so if you stay for 6 nights, you are on your own. The lady at the front desk is verry rude. I went to complaint to her and she was rude to me.The location is great the building is nice but the service is Terrible. Worst experience of all time
Property was close to the IAH airport. The hotel had last minute, room availability. The hotel was disappointing for a first time traveler to the area. Rooms were simple with a musty order. The keycard to my room did not initially work and I had to come down to the front desk to get it reprogrammed. No apologies were given.
