There's a good reason why it is not Candlewood Suites anymore. It was "Candlehood Suites". Loud gangster rap music playing in the parking lot, coming from Cadillac Escalades and nothing was done about it. Sketchy, sketchy, sketchy, people staying here.
Reasonable priced hotel Surrounding hotel not safe, housekeeping service none, cloth washing machines being out of order and no fixing when staying.
Nice room but the staff was not professional at all
Did not have shuttle as advertised. No breakfast. Asked for wake up call and got 3 ..asked for 630 am got one at 5 and one at 530 as well. Thanks for no sleep
Sink clogged the whole time in kitchen Room was not righ
I HAD BED BUGS!!!!! I stayed from Thursday to Sunday and I discovered them Saturday night so I was sleeping with them for 2 nights!!! They moved me to another room, staff was VERY apologetic but due to me booking it on Expedia they can give me only 5000 points which means nothing .
No airport shuttle here, even though their website advertises it :(
