Bathroom fan was disconnected and on the floor, they came to fix it the last day of my stay. I asked for new bedding and was told they only had sheets, no clean blankets, the pool was unavailable "until further notice." I spent more time away from the hotel then in it.

one bad seed was not enough to ruin our stay... lets just say one bad seed is not enough to ruin our stay. my husband and i are awaiting the ok to move in to our home. life has been one huge test right after the next, so to finally be this close to the finish is a blessing. the extended stay in katy was not only the perfect closing to our unfortunate past in to this new lord directed transition, but the managemant & employees at the katy location were entirely professional, courteous, compassionate, and CLEAN. i would HIGHLY... read more

Overnight stay I had to wait for 10 minutes before someone showed up at the front desk. When she did is fast and i has no problems. I could not tell if the smoke alarm was working as it was hanging off the wall. The tub was a bit clogged as the water took a long time to drain. Otherwise the room was clean, the bed comfortable and i was okay.
