Close to my office Seemed to be a lot of folks by the side door smoking. Check in was smooth. Room basic. Checked bed and sheets. Needed changing. Floor dirty. Food around microwave. Cleaners need some basic training. Food under bed. That said, room rate very attractive.

The microwave and TV did not work and nobody was there for checking. The "Breakfast" was coffe and granola bars. If you plan to have lunch outside, could be a good idea this hotel, if not please consider a different place.

Clean and Comfy!! Nice, comfy and clean! Our room on the 3rd floor had a nice view of greenery with a hiking trail!

Sub standard Lack of leadership. Toilet blocked - I asked for extension and was told it cost per hour when normally a Hotel would go out of their way to assist. There is not clean towels on a daily basis. The people are friendly but need some leadership.
