Entering the place and hallway was little worried but inside the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I have 2 autistic kids that can b very vocal and energetic and even with us being right next 2 the front desk they were very understanding

Pay attention to room details I booked a studio suite but they gave me a regular room. And told me I needed to contact hotel.com. And I paid for the suite.

When checking in very fast easy going experience. The gentleman that helped me was very polite and helped me with my fur baby. Even talked about his pittie. Will definitely be back again.
