Pay attention to room details I booked a studio suite but they gave me a regular room. And told me I needed to contact hotel.com. And I paid for the suite.

When checking in very fast easy going experience. The gentleman that helped me was very polite and helped me with my fur baby. Even talked about his pittie. Will definitely be back again.

The Queen size bed mattress ok. The while bed was creeking real bad..I thought it was goung to break
Will Stay Again The room was spacious and very clean. Comfortable bed and no traffic noise. The only problem was the elevator was out of order and I had to drag heavy bags up the stairs. It was not a deal breaker for me but was inconvenient. I can see where it would be a deal breaker for anyone not able to do it.
