Convenience turned into nightmare! The hotel was conveniently close to the hospital which I had surgery at. The hotel room and front desk were very nice. However, I was unable to sleep the night before my surgery because the noise from the laundry facility was so loud. I heard every time the washer changed cycles or spun the cloths out all night long/ every night. No rest before my surgery or the nights my wife remained at the hotel until I left the hospital. Not what we had hoped for.

Great staff. No blinds on our window and a insanely bright light in through the window every night. Unbelievable, really.

Barely any accommodations or assistance in times of need. Keys barely worked and tended to need to be replaced by staff. Staff was friendly but the hotel itself wasn’t a great experience. Won’t be staying again.

The facility needs a major upgrade. The beds are full size and not double as advertised. Complained about the noise above me, it wasn't addressed. They count towels before issuing clean ones, as if someone would take those dingy towels. The exercise room is missing most of the dumbbells.

Never Again The experience I had at this hotel was very subpar and tremendously mediocre. Upon arrival, there was no one at the guest check-in. I had to use the phone to call the hotel for someone to come to the front. The hallway had a smell of mold. The room was very outdated with missing paint on the wall, scratches on the door, and stains on the carpet, I bought a drink out of the vending machine that had expired two months prior.
