Staff is nice but the bed was awful, didnt get a decent night sleep. Also no amenities

I would not recommend this place they have horrible staff who refuse you service and go in your rooms without your knowledge. This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. I went on vacation and decided to stay at this hotel and I instantly regretted it. It’s a good price but everything is outdated and me and my wife woke up with strange bites on our body and even seen that their beds have bed bugs. Do not stay here!! It is not worth the price of the hotel as they do not offer room service or breakfast either.

Full kitchen was ok. This place is run down. We had to move rooms due to no hot water and then the new room was worse with broken beds. The rooms feel damp and the 2nd floor has such a bad smell that my two 6 year olds couldn’t even take it, We checked out and went somewhere else. They agreed to refund me for unused nights and have yet to actually do it.

Dirty Found roaches in the room, an old sock in the couch, beds were uncomfortable, tub was dirty

We checked out after the 1st night. Horrible place, horrible service, not even paper cups in the rooms. Tried repeatedly to get service at front desk, knocking on office door, the windows at the desk etc., nobody ever came out. After waiting 20 minutes we gave up. The “breakfast “ was instant oatmeal with NO hot water to mix it with, no bowls or even spoons. Do not book here.

Our stay was not as expected. We usually don't have high expectations but to be told that we need to trade in our dirty bath towels just to get 2 more is ridiculous! And we were told that those were the rules there. There were 4 of us, were they expecting us to share 2 bath towels for 4 adults?

Horrible place I have ever stayed the mattress are outdated, there are no type of kitchen equipment inside the hotel room the hotel hallway stink like poop, honestly I really dislike the fact that there was no trashcan in my restroom as well. and I really can’t believe how bad the bed mattress was. Like omg it said sweet so I figured I would at least get a great mattress. Wish I could of tools. A picture for y’all.
