Need tending to asap. Needs cheaper prices. Need better service. Needs better every thing

Not again. I will not be staying there again. The staff was friendly and helpful. That's about it. The hotel needs major renovations and new everything. From stains to smells...I would have been better off at the Ramada Inn, they're pretty bad. At least the beddings were clean.

Disappointing Broken elevator so we got last room on first floor (I have a foot cast) but did not have couch like we requested. Bugs in room on kitchen counter and bath. Bath light 1/2 out and could not find a switch for lights over sink. To go breakfast was packaged blueberry muffins and quaker oats cereal bags, 2 kinds of quaker chewy bars and tea and coffee. Ran out of cereal paper cups last 2 days of stay. 4 day stay over xmas. Lobby minimal but clean. No cleaning /towel service unless requested. No utensils, china or ta... read more

The bed was broken. The room smelled weird. Having a kitchenette is cool but no dishes or utensils to use isn’t helpful. It’s kool that they have free dvd rentals at the front desk. Would’ve been nice to have a dvd player in the room. The staff was nice.

Not kept in good condition. Bed broken and shower not cleaned. We tried to move hotels but Thanksgiving wèek availability was not good. Staff refused to make coffee at breakfast even though it was an hour before they shut done breakfast time. Told me to was half mile to hospital for coffee. Do not book this hotel!!

Room was roach infested so we left immediately

The overnight atmosphere attendant was rude and waited 30 min for anyobe to be at front desk
