Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Would recommend better parking lot lighting

Simple but worked for us The staff were kind and helpful. Our room had an odor to it but the room size and cleanliness were fine. There was no lobby or dining area so breakfast we served on a counter in the entrance. We could walk to a couple a restaurants. It was quiet inside our room. Easy access to the places we needed to go.
When we arrived on a Thursday there was a big smeared dirty spot in elevator and a plastic baggy of garbage on the stairs. When we left on Monday the dirty spot and garbage was still there plus the hallway carpet needed vacuuming!
