Rock hard mattress give poor night sleep The bed was hard as a rock. The refrigerator made knocking noises all night. I would never stay here again.

Not all that great. Had a big crack on side of the door. People could see in and we could see out. That was the only room like that. 2 drawers in the kitchen was missing. Room not as big as it appears on internet. Besides those few things everything else was nice.

Nothing to write home about [...] Our room smelled strange, but we got used to it. The next day, the hotel had a leak in the ceiling, and had turned off the water without telling us. My niece was left in the shower without water! The front desk attendant seemed put off when I asked when the water would be turned back on. It was eventually turned back on, but I feel they should have let us know somehow if they were going to cut off our water! If it wasn't so cheap, I'd never stay there again If the room hadn't been so cheap, I'd never stay there again. The desk clerk was rude, the hallway smelled like rotten food around the elevator. The bed was hard My wife had a hard time getting the tv to turn on, so she called odwn to the desk clerk and she told my wife she would see what she could do. Horrible In the 1st place we were traveling with 3 kids and I had asked for a non smoking room, they gave us a smoking. We had to ask for extra towels, sheets, pillows and it smelled awful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I will say that most of the staff were wonderful except for the clerk who checked us out on Sunday her name was Erica and she was very rude.

NOT THAT GREAT Close to Reliant Stadium, but would not stay there again. Front desk hardly spoke a word at check in. Felt like because I used ORBITZ they did not want to have anything to do with me. There was not a trash can in the bathroom and the bed sheets felt like sand paper. Security guard was sleeping on the job. Alot of good he did!!

Acceptable but not the cleanest Stayed here 7 nights for MD Anderson. Good Rates for spacious accommodations. Room had terrible odor. They tried very hard to clean and even shampoo the carpets. Floors were sticky, food was sill in refrigerator from previous occupant. THEY NEED A MAID THAT CAN CLEAN A ROOM. We cleaned it up ourselves (about 1/2 hour of work and some cleaning supplies from the shopping center across the street.)
