Bad experience We were locked out of our room for 3 hours and my wifes pain medicine was inside the room. Hotel gave us a smaller dirtier room cause they said they did not have another deluxe room available, no compensation was offered. This is suposed to be an extended stay for medical patients. What a bad experience!

Very old with dirty carpet ... Very disappointing , it's very old , carpet is dirty , and breakfast is very very simple , only has couple snacks at front desk , that means free breakfast ?!! It charges me $98/night , honestly it's not even worth half of price !!! I will never choose this hotel again ! Overall it was the worst hotel experience for me at this price !

Missing some stars... Furniture from the '70s, carpet from the '90s, and a belching front-desk attendant who clearly didn't want to have anything to do with attending the front desk. The breakfast snacks were good consolation for the poor everything else, but it is definitely not worth nearly $100 a night.

Did not get correct hotel room booking Our hotel room was terrible. We booked a double bedroom for the four of us and received and one bedroom. We asked for our correct room and they were not able to give it to us. Since there were four of us, we asked for a rollaway bed and extra pillows, which they did not have. Would not suggest using hotels.com to book a room. Only good thing about the room was that it was walking distance from Reliant Stadium.

Regret that we somehow signed for this hotel. Pretty dirty rooms, not cleaning service throughout the stay, carpets are really old.

Hotel Great....employee treatment very belittling I had an early Christmas gift to watch my favorite NFL team play in Houston, Tx. This hotel is located in a great place,my stay was pleasant and comfortable. However the next day before the game,my wife and I were treated by parking lot employees. As though we con artist looking to get over. Before I could ask question of parking fees if I planned to book another night. I was interupted by as titled "employee" about having to give him $20. stay in houston hotel was priced right but shabby, air con did not work properly, once settled in was too much trouble to move. Continental breakfast was actually pretty good and the coffee was really good. It was extremely convenient to TMC for an 0800 appointment combined with easy access to loop 610. The $4.99 internet access charge was a surprise along with no maid service for short stays. I will look somewhere else next time, knowing it will likely cost more.

Clean, budget, extended stay. I stayed only 1 nite. Rooms have small kitchens. Found the room to be clean. The sheets were very ruff, and the bed was not comfortable. This is certainly not a "Deluxe" facility as the name implies. If you are on a limited budget, and can get a good price for this room, go for it. However, if this does not describe you, I would recommend that you look elsewhere.
