Good Location Terrible Room Checked into the hotel at 3:30 pm. The first room they gave me was still being used by another guest. It was also a two bed room when we asked for a one bed room. The second room was the right kind of room but smelled terrible. We also picked this hotel because of its close proximity to NRG Stadium. We figured we could just stay parked in the lot and walk to the stadium. We were able to but they charged us another 20 dollars to stay parked there.

Reservations arent reservations...Rude staff also. Reserved double bed room two months in advance for 2 adults and 3 kids. When i arrived room unavailable. All they had was a queen room with a pullout sofa. Once in the room it was apparent that there were no linens or pillows for the pull out sofa. Made a trip back to the front desk, where i was greeted by the rude night laundry lady with pink hair and 2" fake eyelashes. Looks good from the outside.... When you eventually find the hotel, it looks pretty decent on the outside. Inside, everything is dated and rundown. Everything is extremely cheap looking in the lobby if you'd consider it one. In my room there were nasty stains on the ground and the mattress was leaning one way. It was the worst night of my life and definitely seemed like one to rent by the hour.....

あるべき備品がない！ 皿やトースター、鍋などHPに記載されたあるべき設備が全く無かった。フロントに何度も要求してやっと一部借りた。他の友達の部屋も未装備だった。シーツ交換も頼んだのに忘れていた。

Oh My Gosh!!! It took 30 minutes to check in (2 clerks and 2 customers in front of me). We were given a key to a room. When we entered, it had not been cleaned and still had bags in it. Back to the front desk for another 15 minutes. The next room was clean (no towels, though) but the air conditioner did not work. Back to the front desk for another 10 minutes. We were then told to come back in an hour. We never came back-contacted Hotels.com and were re-located. We never received an apology for any of the issues.

Hot rooms even w air conditioner on cold as it would go, entire 3rd floor smells, hair on my sheets (not mine), no soap in rooms

Worst hotel ever! The staff very rude. They put me in a smoking room although I requested non smoking! I'm very disappointed!

Would NOT recommend to anyone. Very old and musty hotel with a fresh coat of paint. Rooms were fairly clean but needed lots of attn. Carpets were nasty and stained and there was mold and slime in the showers, only 2 towels in the bathroom and kitchenette counters were sticky... I was very very disappointed in the staff being a out of town resident and called to the front desk to request a cab I was told they would give me a number for them but they didn't call cabs.
