nasty hotel This hotel is a joke its nasty and dirty. The carpet looks like it has never been cleaned. The appliances look like they from 1970. I was afraid to turn them on for fear they might blow up. Front cover fell off the air conditioner unit (not kidding). Only good part about the trip is the hotel did not screw up the reservation and the front desk did print our my boarding pass for when I left (that was the best part). Overall bad experience would not stay again.
Bad choice This was my first time staying in an Extended Stay America hotel. We booked the deluxe suite and I honestly didn't have high expectations, but man, this hotel was an utter disappointment. The carpet in the rooms is old, and te rooms are not clean at all. We found trash behind the sofa bed, and the kitchen counters and utensils were all sticky and very limited anyways. Dirty Won't stay here again. The hotel overall just had a dirty feel about it. The hallways had a terrible smell to them and the rooms weren't much better.

Needs a full renovation I figured from past experience that the hotel would smell funny because of everyone having a kitchen in their room, but this one has a really powerful smell on every floor, but especially the 3rd which we were on. The carpets felt like they had not been shampoed for a very long time, and the areas around the bed by the a/c unit looked unvacuumed. The bed was completely worn out and very uncomfortable.

-noisy refrigerator , noisy room , no shampoo , no ice , breakfast area has three chairs only , the hallway smells like a restaurant kitchen.

Not what we expected at all! The description said there would be a pull out couch in each room. There was not! Therefore, my son had to sleep with us in a full size bed, which was uncomfortable. The first room we had the Window wouldn't close and the screen was coming off (we were on the first floor). I told the front desk, they said someone would come look at it. They never came. The service from staff was great. The room didn't have a pleasant smell when I walked in. The carpet seemed to give off a bad oder. The bathtub had hair in the drain which is overall disgusting. The bed linen on the bed was dirty. The comforter was dirty it had stains and dirt spot on it. I would never stay there again. Who wants to sleep in a dirty hotel.
