Horrible This hotel was horrible. I literally had to change rooms three times. The linen was filthy, the tubs were dirty and the overall room was not impressive at all.

Not A Safe Hotel Will NEVER stay there again! I booked the room for the pool and when we got there my son was excited to go swimming. The front clerk NEVER said anything about the pool not being open. When we walked down to the pool, we went in thru the gate and saw that the pool was disgustingly dirty and not well taken care of. We went to walk out and the gate was locked. I had to help my son over the fence to go get help at the front desk. He came back and we waited 10 minutes. Poor choice Very disappointing stay. Has kitchen but absolutely not one kitchen utensil to be used. Have to go to office and beg for some. They have to recycle and hand wash the items. Creepy crawly feeling. Glad to leave.

Ok The upside is that it was right behind the NRG Stadium. So it was convient to walk and parking was taken care of because you stayed there.

Stay away ! Woke up with two bugs on me and near my pillow
Horrible service No one greets you housekeeping doesn't clean your room or provide you with fresh towels you have to exchange your old ones at the front desk and although the room was downtown next to the NRG stadium the environment was terrible there were people constantly outside every night and no parking
Okay hotel for the price. We stayed at this hotel while attending a Texans game this past weekend. When we got there we were given a room with a toilet that had stuff in it and would not flush. The room also had not been cleaned as there was still trash in it, the soap had been used, etc. We were told we would be given another room. We went to open the second room and it was occupied. Mediocre Hotel - Do not pay in advance We arranged our stay here for convenience to MD Anderson and pet friendly hotel and paid in advance. According to Hotels.com, they have queen beds, but they are just full and rock dense. The younger staff are friendly and helpful, but there was one old jerk that chastised my elderly parents for actually binging their toy pom into the hotel, even though we paid the $30/night fee.
