Near Rice Village This location is pretty worn and dated. Although the doors do not open to the outdoors, it would've felt safer if it was kept up better and if the employees were more professional. I don't appreciate walking in and hearing the cleaning staff yelling and laughing, especially when that place needed work! The elevator smelled like urine, and the hallway carpets were very stained. Buy a spot cleaner management!!!

not too bad Nice area. Not very well maintained or cleaned. Carpets need cleaning or replacement.

Very close to football stadium! I picked this hotel because it is close to the Texans stadium. It was well within walking distance. The hotel staff was very friendly. The room, though it could use some updating, was very comfortable.

Awesome Hospitality I arrived a bit early before check in but the hospitality was awesome. Two young ladies working the front desk at the time was very helpful and accomodating to my needs. They were very informational and proactive.

多くは求めない方へ スタッフ等を削り、最低限のサービスを提供してくれるホテルです。ホテルは部屋にキッチンや大型の冷蔵庫が備え付けてあり、長期滞在も可能です。部屋も広いです。近隣にスーパーもあるので買い出しも可能で、その気になれば部屋で調理もできると思います。ホテルへのアクセスはMETRO RAILの駅から歩いて15分程度。真夏は厳しいかもしれませんが、十分歩ける距離です。部屋の清掃があまり行き届いていなく、前の客の髪の毛がお風呂に残っていたりしました。これもスタッフを削っている影響でしょう。宿泊中の清掃やベッドメイクは頼まないと入りません。メディカルセンターや、RELIANT PARKへの滞在には便利かと思います。

Houston stay Close to medical complex, big plus on the location and price, booked through expedia. Horrible that no attendant is on duty late at night. It was a nightmare trying to obtain an invoice if you booked through expedia. Hotel wouldn't give it and if you arrive before midnight, the invoice reflects the next day which is a problem if you paid by your employer.

Fantastic front desk very willing to help and happy!! Workout rooms needs new equipment looked like I went back in time to the 1970's...water would be nice in the workout room and sweat towels. Our room was very spacious, bed was very comfortable, carpet needed help...stains and wore spots but nothing I myself couldn't deal with. Walls thin could hear muffled conversation in hall next door and outside. Earplugs are a must. For the price I was very satisfied. If you are looking for a luxury hotel just don't go.
