They were out of coffee and breakfast. When asked the front desk about it, they tried to blame it on the flooding. They were out before the flooding hit. Asked for coffee maker but was told they dont provide the filters for the coffee maker. Lights did not work properly in the room, found roaches in the bathroom and the pool was not properly cleaned. I would not recommend this location. Stay someplace else.

Yuck Ok if you close your eyes, plug your nose and fall asleep quick. People are sleeping in the lobby multiple nights, room was discussing and smelled. Dead roaches, long black hair everywhere. This place needs some help

The room was very dirty. The room had roaches and bed was broken.

Room was not ready at 4pm. Lobby full of guest waiting for rooms to be cleaned. The whole building smelled terrible.

Elevator out, towels spread in the entrance and dogs loud, loud loud. Called to get a change. The man was rude and said a $50 credit was all he could do.Very disappointed. I wont be back.

was terrified disgusting room with blood s stains on the curtains the couch is all stained up and the bed sheets were stained, and it smelled like cigarettes really bad and there was a guest next-door with children, screaming at his kid sounded like he was beating his children
