Worst stay ever I will never stay in this hotel again!!!!! Bad service, dirty rooms, fire alarm going off at 1 am. Never again!

I stay here regularly for business, but have noticed the past few visits that the hotel smells musty and moldy. The rooms are cleaned only once a week, and this last visit the sewage had backed up into the rooms. This was my final stay at this hotel. There are too many options in this part of town to have to deal with foul smells, rude hotel staff, and sewage in my room.

Pay to get room cleaned, chronic smokers. I have stayed at an Extended Stay (in another state) in the past and didn't mind it. For this particular one though, in Houston - Nassau Bay, I was disappointed. For one thing, they only clean your room if you are staying 7 nights or longer. What? Yeah that's what they told me. Not good at all My experience was horrible. I was ate to death by bed bugs and fleas. My girlfriend had 26 bites all over her body. I had to rush to walgreens at 2am to get a reference from the doctor there to get spray and crewmen for our bodies. Then they switched out rooms and put us on a smoking floor. That's all they had. My girlfriend has asthma. Not good at all. I was terrified to wen put any clothes on that were there. The manager did refund two of my nights back to me but I think I deserved more. Smell Room smelled like smoke. Had to wash everything and air out bags because of smoke odor.

Bad smells everywhere! I really should have read the other reviews before booking this hotel. There were a lot of comments about cigarette smoke. It starts at the entrance, with a HUGE ash tray at the entrance, and people sitting around blowing smoke. Had to hold my breath every time I came and left. 'Wasn't so bad in the lobby, but once you stepped in the elevator, there it was again. Disappointed This hotel is literally right across the street from NASA. The place is reasonably clean and comfortable, and there seems to be enough parking. The issue is that I paid for this room in full two weeks earlier. I paid for a King, Non-smoking room. I called the hotel the day of check in and informed them we would arrive after 11pm, but that the room was paid for.
