Close to NASA but DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! When we arrived at the hotel at 8pm to check in the front desk clerk was vacuuming the lobby and told me to hold on that she was almost finished.When she did finish with the floor she began to check us in the phone rang then she then told me to hold on again because it was her boss on the phone this conversion took about 3-5 minutes. Very old hotel with lice Hotel was very old I have seen few people walk in with their dog I was bitten by lice in my room It was horrible experience

Will not stay again Bed very uncomfortable. Pillows as flat as can be and hard. Only redeeming factor was price. If on a budget stay here......but be ready to sacrifice comfort.

Given a key for a room which was already occupied Because of the issue we had to wait. They didnt have the list of inventory of rooms availability.

Good location, but not hotel The location of the hotel was good, close to the places we wanted to visit, But the hotel look filthy. From the moment we enter the hotel back door smells like smoke from cigarettes. Then the bed skirt of one of the beds had a crusty stain that looks like yogurt. The Grab and Go breakfast was disappointing, they didn't have the coffee ready, the basket of muffins was empty as well as the granola and the fruit baskets. Horrible Service Family weekend trip to Galveston. Chose this location because we wanted to visit Kemeh Boardwalk. Called in advance to ask that our rooms were guaranteed late arrival. Front desk clerk said no problem. Had difficulty finding location (approx. 12 a.m.), front desk clerk explained that she was new and would be very little help to us. When we finally found the location, we were informed that 1 of our rooms had been given to another visitor. :( When we asked how this was possible the clerk stated she didn't know... read more

Noisy exhaust in the bathroom Noisy exhaust in the bathroom, facial tissue and bathroom tissue are not new boxes/roll as if it's left or remainder from the previous visitor.. Itchy beddings and hallways smells old..

worst stay that i ever had I have photos of the dirty refrigerator,the filthy floors,pillows had drool marks on two out of three.I went to the front desk to show the girl,Lidia,the photos and she pretty much laughed.Her customer service skills sucked as well as the room.I will never stay at that place again.I really have a good idea to contact the BBB.People work too hard for there money to lose it to a bs hotel
