Very unhappy stay First staff rude. Second staff that checked us in much better. But she's working by herself and rooms not ready even if we got there early and came back 2x to make sure ready. Them only 1 housekeeping. Not good at all for being close to visitors area such as NASA etc

First room had bugs so was moved after one night to a different room. This room had the noisiest refrigerator I have ever heard in my whole life. Amenities had to be requested (hair dryer, coffee maker, etc.). Bed was not particularly comfortable.

Reserved & paid for a nonsmoking room. When I got there I was told they only had smoking rooms & that it was first come first served. What is the purpose then of reserving? Since it's non refundable I took the room. The bathroom stunk like bacon. Ended up changing into another smoking room... That at least didn't smell like bacon.

Don't Stay Here I stayed 6 days and had no room service at all, not even emptying the bins. There is no restaurant and the breakfast provided on a small table at reception is a joke. Very poor I would not recommend this to anyone.

Bleh Ceiling in bathroom falling down. Bedding worn. Entire place smelled of smoke. It felt sketchy and not terribly safe.

Expected much better for the price Staff reached for my wallet when I didn't get my ID out fast enough and lectured me on how it was going to now take her longer to register me. Nothing was ready in the room. I had to go to front desk to get dishes, pillows, toilet paper. never found ice . asked for more towels, never got them. wrong size bed.

No worth its price I chose this hotel because of its closeness to the NASA JSC, just across the street, but it offered the bare minimums. Bath toiletries were 2 soap bars and one shampoo; no conditioner, bath cap, cream, nothing. Beds, at least, were comfortable The free breakfast from 6 to 9 was a joke. Coffee in two large carafes, one of them empty at 8:30 and never refilled, the hot water carafe for tea or hot cocoa empty by 8 and never refilled, nothing hot like scrambled eggs, no bagels and cream cheese, no toast, no fr... read more
