The rooms are not stocked with kitchenware. It is available, but you have to get it piece by piece from the front desk. It was inconvenient. The room was outdated, small, small beds, and unwelcoming. I won't stay there again.

You have to request everything from iron to dishes Driving up, it looks nice and great location. No pool - I should have noticed that before choosing this hotel for 3 nights. The room was clean and neat and quite large. It is an older hotel with lower quality amenities. The bed was very comfortable and slept well. The complimentary breakfast is disappointing. Eh...! Was disappointed that some advertised amenities were not available. No room service, no ice, not pots and pans or utensils. Room was almost ok for the price. Great location, little else.

Never there again The entire hotel smelled, and mean really bad. There were no hangers in the room on arrival, and when I asked the front desk, she found me three, and said that's all they had. While the staff was pleasant, the facilities are just not acceptable. On top of the smell, the place was just noisy, and I don't mean the other guests. The A/C unit in my room was noisy, the ones on the rooms on each side could be heard going on and off in my room, and then were just other unexplained mechanical noises throughout the ... read more

Prezzi alti, albergo vecchio Dopo tre giorni di motel non ne potevamo più e abbiamo deciso di concederci un albergo. Peccato che non ci fossero grandi differenze rispetto al motel: la stanza è tendenzialmente vecchia, la porta del bagno completamente scrostata, non c'è l'asciugacapelli, c'è una cucina in stanza ma neanche una pentola per cucinare e soprattutto... La colazione!!! Trattasi di un dispenser di caffè americano posizionato davanti alla reception. Ma tutto ciò non sarebbe grave se i prezzi non fossero stratosferici... read more

Worst stay ever We stayed here for the sole reason that it's a pet friendly hotel. When we arrived we took our belongings out and got settled in. We left our dog there and went for dinner. When we arrived my dog had something in her mouth. When I took it out it was a bud of marijuana. We inspected the room more thoroughly and found more marijuana and pills under the bed. Took it to customer service and nothing was done about it. Very very unacceptable.

Disapointed This was a business trip for my family and I. The location was great, staff was nice. First room we were given smelled like urine so bad we couldnt walk into the room without a window open. They did move us to another room on the second floor. The entire second floor had a dingy smell to it. Our room had numerous stains on the dust ruffle, stains on the carpet, what looked like buggers on the wall, and the phone didn't work at all. Not clean. Carpet dirty. Room smelled. Pillows not comfortable. No toilet supplies. 1/2 roll toilet paper. 1/2 box kleenex. Had to ask for a coffee pot and coffee at desk.
