Really bad Booked the room at 8AM. Arrived at 7Pm the same day. Our room was not ready. They told me it was a first come first served basis even though I had booked for 2 nights. Then they told us it would be 10 min but it was at least 30. The last thing you want after a 4 hr drive is to wait for your room. Then they were out of bath towels. This place was unreal. Prices were not really cheap either. 127.00 total.

Don't stay here Although the room was clean the stay was awful. When I walked into the room there were no bedspreads or blankets on the beds. There was no soap, coffee cups, no water cups, one towel and one wash cloth and no ice machine. I made numerous calls to the front desk. I was able to get some of the items by going to the front desk myself, but never got a blanket, bedspread or towels despite my calls. I quit calling the front desk for these items at 11:30 PM.

Upon arrival we walked in the hotel and staff was friendly. We checked in and walked to the room with all our luggage. We opened the door to the room and the smell hit us. It smelled like rotting meet. I called the front desk, then evacuated the room imediatley. We were walked to an alternate room on the second floor. wow not what I expected so close to nasa Just all around bad, bad service, bad communication, room was awful dirty , and the phone didn't work. .
Terrible Filthy room no shampoo or cream rinse. Had to get from front desk. Bed was terrible. Wouldn't send my enemy to here.

The reserved room has been sold to other (?) I reserved a double non-smoking, but ended up with one king and smoking, so slept on the box spring, aaargh. I should deserved a full refund.
TV broken Informed front desk about the TV being broke just after checking in. Stayed with the two days and they could not get it replaced during out stay. The manger did call us after we told front desk we were upset and they say they are sending us a voucher?! Hard to believe they didn't have just a back tv to exchange with ours.
