最低なホテル 今まで、泊まったホテルで最悪のホテルだった。 2度と宿泊しません。 理由、隣部屋が大音量で朝方まで、TVを流してた。 フロントに対応を求めたが、 仕方ない、忙しくて出来ない。の回答で 全く眠れなかった。(2日間共に) 又、部屋掃除も言わないとしない様です。 顧客との大事な会議に支障が出ました。 ホテルの対応は、最悪です。
Horrible The hotel was very nasty not clean the rooms was smokey it was very dirty carpet was dirty with stain tv only had a few Chanel's
Never again.. I would never stay here again. First off it is implied that free wifi is an accommodation, but when I arrived they had paper stuck to the doors saying the wifi was down. Next, the exterior of the hotel is misleading to what the inside is like. The outside is very nice and new; the inside is disgusting. I did not feel safe staying here at all. i have had better! Wi-Fi slow room smell like smoke bed spread had burn holes on it elevator was very loud did not sleep well I was in room 114 and elevator was on the other side of wall my headboard was on I have had better but the person at ur counter did a great job thank you for that!

Anywhere but here! Rude reception when we checked in. We went to the room the clerk assigned and when we walked in the room was already obviously occupied!! Someone else's personal items were already in the room. I was shocked that it was so easy for this kind of a mix-up to happen. I shudder to think that this could have happened to us as well. A éviter. Pas propre. Nous sommes venus visiter Houston mais regrettons d'avoir choisi cet Hotel à la limite de l'insalubre. Pas de ménage sauf à la sortie de la chambre. Le ménage est mal fait, le petit déjeuner infecte et frugal. Cet hôtel pourrait pourrait être bien si il était bien tenu. A éviter.
One night to remember forever - never again! We arrived at noon from long trip. Only one person on counter and not very friendly. She said 3 rooms not ready until 3pm ok. So we went out and came back after. Another staff was there. More friendlier BUT ROOMS WERE NOT READY STILL. THEY HAD ONE HOUSEKEEPING PERSON. AND HOTEL.COM BOOKED ONE OF THE ROOMS WRONG! Ok, we left again to have dinner. When we got back late, finally the rooms ready! For a hotel that is by the sightseeing tourist area, they are not very good!

Go elsewhere !!! Literally the most disgusting room I've ever stayed in. My wife did not even want to shower because of holes in the ceiling and the sheet rock rotting away. If are child was not so exhausted we would NOT have stayed the night. The entire hotel smelled of curry and cigarettes.
