We managed, but will not be back Staff was friendly, but the property itself is not as well maintained inside as it appears outside. Found a bug crawling on the headboard and had to immediately ask for room change. No dishes, utensils or cookware in room -which is somehow their policy - fine; however the staff seemed to struggle to provide even basic dishes at front desk upon request. We stay here twice a year We always stay here when we have a gymnastics meet in League City, 20 minutes away, across the street fro NASA Space Center, lots of food close by, we feel safe and in a nice price range for a singe mom.

Bien pero habitaciones con cucarachas. Había cucarachas en el area de la cocina de mi habitación, en general el hotel está bien pero creo que las habitaciones cerca del cuarto de basura tienen ese problema porque la mia estaba justo enfrente. La ubicación del hotel está muy bien si vas a la NASA, queda justo enfrente y te puedes ahorra el estacionamiento. Una de las chicas de recepción nada amable. Desayuno básico con café, te, barras y pan, pero sirve para empezar.

Loved that the front desk agent went above & beyond in getting me more than I asked for in plateware, giving me a whole measure of dishes for use.

I booked with my credit card, and requested to pay cash at the hotel. Book and pay later feature thru Expedia. Upon checking in the receptionist did not ask how I would like to pay, she just charged it to the card on file. And after telling her I did not want to use that particular card, she did not offer to change it she said "Sorry" heres your room number and key.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating as best they could. First we were given had a horrible smell and we had to be moved. The next room was better but still had an old musty smell. There were very few amenities and the furniture was in poor condition

Clean but improvements needed The hotel had excellent accommodations, however, there was ongoing renovations going on at the location. The construction did not complicate my stay or make it uncomfortable. The only thing that I disliked about the trip was the poor air quality on the second floor where I stayed. I’m not sure how the air is circulated, but it seemed as though some of the cooking from the rooms circulated throughout the hallways. It made it slightly pungent and tough to bare.
