Great hotel for the price. Room & hallway smelled like smoke. Only had 1 guest cart and it could not be located by the staff on departure.

Good Here is not so bad. However bath room can not have hair shampoo and conditioner. It is amazing! Other was average hotel. If breakfast can available more early time, it is strong point for short tripper.

Meet my needs overall. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Kitchen was a bit sparse--one fork, spoon, knife, and no baking pans. There were no extra supplies provided, e.g., coffee, TP, paper towels, etc. Staff was eager to please when I asked for the needed items. Hallway A/Cs emitted an odor of cigarette smoke, but the room odor was fine. If the hotel staff had taken a more active approach to insure that my six-day stay met all of my needs, then I would have rated it a bit higher. Still a solid "4." :)

Extended Stay Deluxe Northwest Houston One of the nicer extended stay hotels I've stayed in - front desk staff is friendly and Sal at check in was very welcoming, even at 9pm. Room was a little worn but comfortable and had all the amenities you'd expect. Breakfast was light and simple but definitely a welcome inclusion. Great location across from a large retail shopping area with lots of food options.

Great value, great service The staff at this location were excellent - friendly, efficient, professional. Felt right at home for the short stay we had. After three days we were converts to Extended Stay hotels. Had all the amenities we needed plus free parking and quick access to highways. Several shopping centers are within a 5 min drive. Immaculate rooms including bathroom and kitchen. Since we're sticklers for cleaniiness, we paid particular attention to these two. Staff made it all homey. Keep up the great work!

Good hotel worth the money! Room was comfortable and nicely furnished. Good facilities, workout room. Nice continential breakfast.

Good Stay This place is a good place to stay for families. It had all the ameneties it listed. The fully equip kitchen was very handy and made it were we didn't have to eat out all day everyday. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Didn't like the fact that you have to pay for clean up service. The only incident we had was that one of the doors was broken and since we checked in late we were told that nothing could be done until morning. outside of that, it was a good stay.

Room clean and spacious. However, lots of small roaches came out at night in the kitchen area. Security guard outside parking lot is strongly recommended.
