Room was nasty, smells horrible, can’t sleep so we decided to leave early morning, we rented for 2 nights and used only hours. Worst experience ever

The phones and wifi didn’t work and it took hours before someone showed up to the front desk but still provided no assistance

I found blood on my sheets and a roach in my room. I have a video of both. At check in there was no one attending the front desk. When attempting to resolve the issue with the roaches, the manager couldn’t be find for two hours.

The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. The room had roaches pretty bad and the hallway and room smelled bad.

The first night we were there the lights went out around 6ish . The lights came back on around 3ish that morning. So we were super Hot until then. Bugs came out in the kitchen area once they sensed the lights were out😡 The elevator smelled like raid Everybody! Nobody could access the pool because something had to be done to it on Monday 😤 and we left that Sunday evening. The pillows were flat,sheets were stained,It was just pitiful.
