This property appears to be ok from the curb but once you get inside and see the "dated" fixtures; ride the elevator that threatens to break down; and struggle to unlock your room with outdated equipment, you realize that that this property is in need of a major remodel.
Not happy. Not good. We always check sheets and there was several blood spots and long strands of black hair on fitted sheet. We told the registration and they said no workers were on duty to take care of the problem. So we changed sheets. There was one glass and one wash cloth for two people. There was to be a grab and go breakfast at 6:00. Was not ready, the gal at the desk said she would set it up. She fiddle around, and we left at 6:15. We had to be on the road. I would not recommend this hotel.
Nightmare Stay The room I was given had a beeping smoke alarm. I was given the choice of sleeping there or taking a room that stank of cigarette smoke. The beeping would have made sleeping impossible. I chose the smoking room and woke up with a horrible sore throat. The hotel's response -take it or leave it, but you have already paid for the room and we will not make any accommodations.
Not for me Overall I don't plan to stay here again. Although the room was clean the issues I saw throughout the hotel will keep me away. Hallway carpets are stained and uninviting, the small section of rooms on the 3rd floor that are non smoking are surrounded by heavy smoking rooms and the neighborhood has construction at all hours. Not my best experience!!!
Older hotel, odor in room Chose for the location, which was very convenient for me. The hotel is definitely older than a lot of the other ones in the area. The room was okay. My biggest complaint was that my room had a strange smell. I stayed for a week, and airing the room out didn't even help. Continental breakfast has a few small/quick things to grab. Next time I'm in the area, I'll chose somewhere else to stay.
What is the point of reserving? We reserved a non-smoking double room. Whenever we got to the hotel they acted like everything was okay. When we went into the room the smell of smoke assaulted our nostrils. Then we discovered that it was a single room with a foldout couch. And you know how comfortable those couches are. We called downstairs to tell them about the mixup and they told us that there were no other rooms available. So my question was why did I prepay a month before for a room when we won't get that room. Very bad hotel Maybe the worst hotell I have ever stayed at, for 150$ a night one should be able to expect something, but here was no service, had to call service center cause nobody was near desk or had phone with them. Was promised non smoking as my wife is allergic, come to find out pretty much all rooms have been smoked in. Every room in the hotel stunk bad like smoke, including lobby. My room was dirty and there were two bugs in my bed. The tv didn't work and the room is very outdated

Wish I more choices for hotels during my stay. I chose this hotel for my stay, because my normal hotel was completely booked up that day. First thing I noticed was the attendant wasn't at the desk when I arrived. I had to call on a phone, so someone can come to the front desk to check me in.
