Not satisfied When I arrived at the property I was unable to get into the lobby. Check in was quick. The room was ok but I noticed on the second night there was a roach in the bathroom and in the kitchen area.

Upon arrival the front desk was unmanned, as a safety precaution the inner foyer door locks and requires a desk person to remotely open. As a result I stood for 10 minutes holding my luggage as I was stuck in the foyer and couldn’t enter the air conditioned waiting interior. The room was not available at 6pm day of and was asked to wait additional 15 mins for room to be prepared. Upon walking into room trash was not taken from prior occupant.

There was a terrible smell in the hallways and Small roaches in the kitchen and bathroom area
