Upon arrival the front desk was unmanned, as a safety precaution the inner foyer door locks and requires a desk person to remotely open. As a result I stood for 10 minutes holding my luggage as I was stuck in the foyer and couldn’t enter the air conditioned waiting interior. The room was not available at 6pm day of and was asked to wait additional 15 mins for room to be prepared. Upon walking into room trash was not taken from prior occupant.

Falta mas limpieza La limpieza de la habitación la realizan cada semana y no te cambian las toallas para bañarte, si necesitas cobija extra tiene costo.

The bad is comfortable, but the wifi is very unstable even you paid for the Premium use!!
