I had to keep asking for towels because he room was cleaned(supposedly) and there were no clean towels in the room. I also left a brand new robe and when I went back for it I was told that I didnt leave it. I guess housekeeping got a brand new robe and never reported it.

Treat everyone equally it matters The lady working the desk was rude. When I first got there their was a black gentleman that open the door for me as I came in . I believe she thought we was together. He kept walking while I went to the desk and she yelled at him to stop . Made him say his name and pull out his room key.
