Cheap and nice for the price. But they need to do a lot of work on service delivery. Nice location. No breakfast. It should be called coffee/tea spot. Kitchen has no cooking utestils and plates/cutleries. I have to ask for toilet paper and tissue paper. No regular supply.

sugarland, tx Checked in at 7:30 t night and had to wait an hour for them to clean a room to put us in.

Call right after booking online and told me they were over booked

Wet in Houston. The toilet in the room above me started to leek water from the ceiling and was all over the floor, we could not use the toilet in our room because the water would get on you. We had to call for room service a few times before someone came down t o access the problem, finally someone came and brought some towels for the floor and we were told they were trying to get into the room above us to see what the problem was. We managed to get a shower and got dressed and checked out. We were told we would get a refund... read more

The worst No lights in elevator...given a dirty room this can go on and on. Not wasting anymore energy and you shouldn't waste your money.

Poor I did not enjoy my stay there the breakfast wasnt up to part room services was poor. I kwpted going to the front desk for towels. The first room i checked into had hair and stains in the refrigerator and freezer.

It’s a trap The hotel was dirty and trashed. The front staff when we arrived was already in tears because she was new and left alone on her second day. Rooms smelled like smoke, shower was covered in mold. It was not what we expected and will not stay here ever again .

This is a place to sleep and go. I don’t recommend long stay
