Disaster Hotel They tried to give me a room with one bed instead of two like I reserved. After arguing with hotel personnel they finally gave me the correct size room. Do not use this hotel. It is a roach infested hotel

I need you to give me my money back on room 129 and 228 we only stayed for 1 day. There was bedbugs and spiders. The bedsheets were dirty, the pillows as well.

No Towels! There was only 1 bath towel & 1 hand towel in the room for 2 people. When I went to the front desk after 10pm they still didn't have any clean towels & told me I wasn't the only person who needed towels & just be patient. The paint in the the bathtub was peeling, badly. I know it's a lower end hotel but I at least expect to have towels & a bathtub without paint flakes falling at my feet.

The check in took 30 minutes. The room had no towels or cups or utensils. The continental breakfast was the slimmest picking I have ever seen. What was there was always running out of and replacement was slow. The hotel staff was only there to draw a paycheck they did not care about the guess. I would not stay at an Extended Stay America ever again, not would I recommend it to anyone.

Unclean hotel over charging guest Some TV channels had a loud humming noise, very unpleasant. Guest were up at all hours of the night. Could not sleep. I was charged an extra day on my bank card with being told. And it took 2 days to have the money put back on my card.

Terrible experience So many things wrong and I didn’t complain except for air not working and the door not locking when shut. No dishes as advertised. Fire at 12am. No notice the next day or at all. Trash in hallway. No ice machine in building. No breakfast two of the days. Double charged without my knowledge. Woken at 2am from woman throwing rocks at my window because her husband had phone off ringer. After she drove around parking lot honking her horn. Couple fighting several days constantly. Smell of weed in hallway. Air ... read more
