Disappointing On website we said we would have 2 double beds and a sofa sleeper. When we arrived there was no sofa sleeper in room. After contacting front desk the hotel does not even have sofa sleepers in the entire hotel. We did not stay got a refund and went elsewhere.

Stay Away! I travel to Houston often for work & have stayed at this location twice. The 1st time after driving & working all day, I go to check in & they tell me they don't have anything available. Even though I made a reservation...finally after me telling them how absolutely ridiculous it was that they let me make a reservation & PAID ahead of time even though they didn't have a room for me, they magically somehow found a room?! Honest review Roaches everywhere. Notified staff nothing happened. They advertised free breakfast but it was just coffee, tea and nature valley bars.

PICK SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STAY! This was probably the worst stay of 2017. The area was fine, but everything else was not. The whole place needs refurbishment. The hotel clerk was mediocre, but the room was the worst. The whole room just felt dirty, fridge was literally beat up and scratched all over, bed wasn't comfortable, and you could hear every conversation in the hallway. I will NEVER stay at this hotel or any Extended stay unless it is brand new; maybe it will be worth the money then.

Bad experience, room dirty, Television not working, no remote control available, plug outlets not functioning, dirty room, not sufficient towels, no dustbin in the room, poor reception, hotel not conducive to stay and bad attitude from receptionist, no professionalism been displayed by the staff.

stay was good service bad - requested light bulb and iron for room. Did not receive for my entire stay.

Nice hotel on the outside, don’t let that fool you Rooms- filthy. Towels- dirty Sheets- dirty Toilet- dirty I will never stay here again, Unless I’m desperate and my car won’t suffice for some reason.
