Shabby Diggs We booked two queen rooms and one double room. After we checked in and went to our rooms, we realized that one of the queen rooms we were assigned was not cleaned. It was seriously filthy--unmade bed, dirty plates and empty beer cans and bottles all around. We quickly went down to the desk and we were assigned another room. This is the first extended stay that I have stayed at where the kitchenette did not have a single cup, plate or utensils. It was bare! STAY AWAY FROM HERE I stayed here after being told the reservation I had at another hotel was not right, so I didn't have any other option but to stay here. This was the biggest dump I've ever been in. It had a hole in the ceiling, the wall behind the stove was falling off, the sheets were not changed after the last guest, the stove was filthy, the shower was not cleaned and there was black hair all over it, the washcloths in the bathroom were nasty - it looked like someone blew their nose on it and it wasn't removed from th... read more

Our room was never done A bad experience. Our room was never done. Even though we ask front office they still didn't make our room.

The smell in the room was worse than the hallway. This place is just nasty

Too High price for a cheap place It was ok !

Hotel staff had a very bad service. The lady named Monique at the front desk wasn't helpful at all. Very poor customer service. There was an ongoing roof construction near the parking area and the shingle from the rooftop fell off on my car. There was no warning sign to not park at this area. The lady told me they're going to report the incident but it has been more than 2 days but nobody bothers to call me. I had to pay $500 for repair. The bathroom sinks dirty too! Poor Miscreants abound at this hotel. Walking through the halls to my room gave it the "weekly rate motel" feel. Gross gross gross

Not A Happy Customer, Not a Good Experience When the reservation was made, we specifically asked for a King size bed but upon arrival after the reservation was confirmed we were told the hotel only uses Queen size beds and does not have any King size beds at all. The shower in the bathroom was not clean and had smears on it. I could go on but will stop at that.

Aweful Awful. My card was charge by hotels.com when I chose the option to pay at hotel. I was then assigned a room that was already occupied. No room service once yu check in. The room had a kitchen but we had no pots or utensils. No one was ever at the front desk when yu needed them. I will never stay at this hotel ever again.
