Not that good Well first the gave me a key for one room that room smelled very nasty and then they send me another key for a different one it was late I didn't say anything I just took it what can I do

Extended Inn problems The window did not seal well so there was loud road traffic in the room. the room was clean, but the refrigerator door was dented. The AC/Heat unit was extremely loud. It was not a comfortable stay at all.

Every thing was missing or broke, doors, Had to go get things from front office, broke smoke detectors, air, windows. Spent a lot of money on 2 rooms. Disappointed

Breakfast was a weak cup of coffee. At check out they were unable to print me a receipt for my expense report because i booked though Expedia. And if you want room service its an extra $10.00 a day. really!!

Mildew and lack of maintenance This property is only good to stay at if you don't care about a lot of mildew in the shower, and the lack of general maintenance that most properties would get. There were dishes left in the hallway for the entire 24 hours that I was in the hotel. There is no king size beds available, only queens, and there was graffiti scratched into the walls of the elevator. I only stayed here because I needed an overnight stay near my destination, and was using a free night.

Won't be going back. Positives: Great location for my work. Painting the outside is in progress. Need to work on: Cleanliness; Wet Carpet: Water leaked from Air Conditioning onto the floor; Bare cupboards: dishes did not arrive until after 11 pm.

Very old and needs major improvement. The bathroom was dirty and the bed was very uncomfy

Nice Staff, Poor Conditions The staff and the location of this hotel is about the only thing positive I can say. I ended up leaving a long list with the front desk with a reply from them that they will "have maintenance check into it". The room smelled of mold, there was no door handle on the bathroom, the floor was wet due to the air conditioner leaking (about 5 ft from wall unit), furniture was chipped and old, smoke alarm was missing, air conditioner did not blow cold air (warm at best). Near Energy Corridor This was to be a stay-cation with my mother and sister but we were disappointed with the overall condition, cleanliness and security of the facility. Upon my arrival (very late), the instructions were to use the outside phone to call the clerk. No one answered so we pushed the door open and walked calling for someone but no one responded.
