Nice service but run down. The smell of old smoke is dreadful!!!

When I got there to check in the room number and keys and I went to the room somebody was there in that room, I came back down and got a different room number It was good and I came back down cause she did not give me the WIFI information she left her desk. I did not know where she was at and waited 5mins till she came back and another resident gave me the information.

Decent hotel, smelled funky Things were unappealing from the moment I arrived. I checked in around 9 in the evening and arrived to an empty front desk. I waited for longer than 10 min waiting for someone to come and called the hotel thinking someone would show up after hearing the phone 4 different times.
