extended stay disappointing use to be much better Customer Service wasn't great didn't have any towels at night because the reception expected me to go down and get them instead of bring them up.Housekeeper never cleaned our room any of the days that we stayed! My girlfriend and I saw a roach in the bathroom each of the days we were there. Only upside was the price was good for the location being Sugar Land and the location was near a lot of great restaurants and stores. Nice hotel close to Hwy 59 South My family and I enjoyed our stay while my husband was out in the area for work. We will definitely be back, thank you for the great hospitality.

I have absolutely no complaints about my stay. I've stayed several times and each time the staff has been exceptional. From the front clerk to house keeping to the manager Alexis they were all wonderful. I would recommend this place and definitely stay again.

The first time I stayed here I had no issues; this time (a month later)...roaches. I asked to be moved, they had to move me twice only to still have...ROACHES!
